For more than three decades from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and now in Florida, I 've built homes or inspected them. I'm a pessimist by nature which means I don't believe it untill I see it! In this profession I consider pessimism an asset.

I inspect and report what I see as a third party with no vested intrest in the outcome of the inspection. It is what it is.

My sole fiduciary responsibility is to the clients that contract me to do the inspection. 
I provide honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports that are readable by everyone.
