We moved to Cape Coral in 1989 and we consider ourselves "Locals" now. I've seen many changes to the city and I know the area extremely well which is an advantage, because I've seen most of these homes being built.
For more than 40 years, from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and now in Florida, I 've built homes or inspected them. I'm a pessimist by nature which means,I don't believe it until I see it. In this profession I consider pessimism an asset.
As the owner and only inspector for Cape Coral Home Inspections, I inspect and report what I see as a third party with no vested intrest in the outcome of the inspection. It is what it is.
My sole fiduciary responsibility is to the clients that contract me to do their home inspection.
