Through experience,  I know what to look for and to accurately evaluate the condition of any home. My written reports are not loaded with "construction" terms but with direct commonly used words that describe the material, condition and the remedy. I believe in customer service and will provide you with the best service I can for your building inspection.

I would like to have you walking with me on the inspection so you can see what condition your new home is in and what can be done about fixing any problems uncovered during the inspection. I'm looking for areas that need attention now or possibly in the future.  Obviously the cost of repair or replacement is on your mind and it is also a concen for me also.
