I have passed NACHI's on-line home inspector examination.

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics home inspector obstacle course and abide by it.

I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test for home inspectors and follow them.

I fulfill at least 24 hours of home inspector continuing education every year.

I have 40+ years as a Residential Builder in Maryland, Virginia and now in Florida

I'm an old school plumber and duct systems mechanic.

I 'm a Licensed (#468 ) Home Inspector for The Sate Of Florida
