South West Florida is like no other area in the country. Construction techniques in the Cape Coral / Ft. Myers areas are quite different than the northern style of building.  The inspection process is also different.  I encourage my clients to attend the inspection so that I may explain the differences as we go through the property.

As a NACHI certified professional home inspector, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home. From roof to foundation and everything in between, I work by the NACHI Standards of Pratice for every home inspection.

What I Can't Inspect

Although I am thorough in every aspect of the home inspection, I do not have the ability to see through walls, look into the soil, see under secured insulation, explore under the slabs, or comment about items that are not visible to you and me. As well, to predict the future life of appliances, components, and sytems that are contained within the inspected property is impossible at best.  Mechanical components, fixtures, or items can fail at anytime no matter the age or use. As such, I cannot be responsible for conditions after the inspection is completed.

The home inspection is a "snapshot" in time and designed to better your odds in the real estate transaction...no more. My inspection protocol is the same from house to house to ensure that I don't miss anything visible during the inspection.
