Through experience  I know what to look for to accurately evaluate the condition of any home. My written reports are not loaded with "construction" terms but with direct commonly used words that describe the material, condition and the remedy. With my level of honesty and customer satisfaction, I will provide you with the best choice for your home inspection needs!

I would like to have you walking with me on the inspection so you can see what condition your new home is in and what can be done about fixing any problems uncovered during the inspection.
